Kang Hyewon is a former member of girl group IZ*ONE and she had the positions of vocalist, rapper, and visual. As you can see, she is a gorgeous woman, but she is definitely more than that. Hyewon has such a kind soul. She makes goofy, innocent, and harmless jokes, she does things for others without anyone asking her to, she doesn't get angry easily and forgives everyone.She is also quite the generous person. She spends her time and energy making sure those around her are comfortable: members, fans, and staff. Everyone borrows her clothes and she is always going out of her way to take pictures for the members and complimenting them. She also buys gifts (big or small) for the members and those around her to show a token of her love and appreciation for them.Hyewon is very, very attentive and observant as well. She remembers all of the members' favorite foods and drinks and helps their managers take orders for everyone, she can easily tell when one of the members has a different or off energy and will immediately try to help them feel better. Not just that, but once she noticed a fan in the crowd was a Yena bias and so she threw a souvenir signed by Yena to the fan in the crowd.She's nurturing, too, and constantly is babying the members and clinging to them. She makes sure that everyone has eaten and is feeling okay before she focuses on her own needs. She is the first to console and comfort anyone who is crying, whether it's a fan she notices or one of the members.For example, Eunbi, IZ*ONE's leader, was crying during an encore stage once, and Hyewon didn't leave her side that day. And the next encore stage they did, Hyewon looked at her, saw that she wasn't crying this time, and smiled with adoration.Hyewon is also extraordinarily selfless, and I would argue it is one of the most incredible aspects of her personality. She does little things for others, like giving them some of her food and the other things I mentioned above, but she also gave up her desired image for the good of her team.She wanted to present herself as a soft and innocent vocalist, but her team didn't have a single rapper in it. She took the main rapper position that no one else on the team was willing to take. She never trained to be a rapper, she was not confident with her rapping at all, but she took this position to help her teammates. This was the moment many of her fans fell for her.This girl is one of the most resilient and diligent people that has ever walk this earth. Hyewon works so hard everyday, practicing late at night several days in a row to improve upon herself. The other members have said on V Live and other platforms that Hyewon is always practicing, whether it's all out and going to the practice room, or in the mirror practicing her gestures.She's always trying her hardest to improve. And it's because of this hard work that she has been able to succeed, and we want to see her keep thriving. She's often belittled for things that she's already said she is working on and has already shown significant improvement for. Despite the constant ridiculing, however, she has grown comfortable in her skin on stage and has shown tremendous exponential growth even just within the last year.After all this growing, it's not really necessary to hedge everything with her improvement. She can sing, dance, rap, write lyrics (she did so on produce and she has talked about writing more lyrics since then), play 4 instruments (guitar, piano, flute, recorder), was in her school orchestra, has a natural eye for composition, and so much more.Hyewon is so talented and that is one of the main things that should be praised, not just her improvement alone. She had talent to begin with, but it makes it seem like she didn't if we only talk about her improvements without acknowledging her capabilities from before.Kang Hyewon deserves the world.
